Waterloo Commercial and Employment Area Policy Review

As part of the City of Waterloo’s Official Plan updates, GPA reviewed the commercial and employment land use policy framework and supporting the development of policy options to address the intensification of existing employment areas. GPA also supported public and stakeholder engagement for the project.
