GPA were retained by the Learning Enrichment Foundation to provide planning services for the Quilt on Weston Road. This project is proposing a mixed-use redevelopment in the Mount Dennis neighbourhood that will include affordable housing, community space and enterprise opportunities, and commercial uses at grade. GPA is supporting LEF in obtaining approvals for a Zoning By-law Amendment and a Site Plan Control. GPA is working alongside LEF, Sonderbloom and LGA Architectural Partners to deliver this project through Integrated Project Delivery.
