Proposed Mandatory Pre-Application Consultation

GPA provided professional and technical services to deliver an online engagement event to support the City’s proposal to require mandatory pre-application consultation prior to the submission of a development application. The event updated the public on the process for the proposed Official Plan Amendment and by-law and solicited feedback from the community. GPA staff provided technical coordination and participant management, ran the meeting, facilitated a live Q&A session, and prepared the final public report. Held on WebEx Events during the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting convened 55 participants.
