MYC, Merton Yonge Condominiums

John Gladki worked with Cresford and a number of consultants including Architects Alliance who were the project architects to prepare a planning rationale and community services analysis for the approval of a 28 storey, 241-unit development at corner of Yonge and Merton Streets in Toronto. The building includes a glass enveloped landscaped zone adjacent to the sidewalk at Merton and Yonge Streets, an innovative green roof and a public connection to the Kay Gardner Beltway Park.
