Mode Development Approvals

John Gladki provided planning guidance and secured regulatory approvals for this ten storey, 173 unit residential condominium development project at 399 Adelaide Street West in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood. The project completes a series of four buildings organized around a large interior courtyard in the block between Spadina Avenue, King Street West, Brant Street and Adelaide Street West. Mr Gladki was involved in the planning and approvals for three of these buildings, including plans to create a superior courtyard design. The Mode project was the subject of an Ontario Municipal Board hearing with Mr Gladki providing key planning evidence.
