1337-1339 King Street West

GPA is providing planning services to advance an OPZ/ZBA application to facilitate the development of a 10-storey affordable housing apartment building at 1337 and 1339 King Street West. The 10-storery structure will add to the Parkdale United Church Foundation’s existing supportive housing program, located at 171 Dunn Avenue.
