GPA are the planning consultants for a 66-unit townhouse development located on Brock Road, just north of Kingston Road, in the City of Pickering. The site, which is located adjacent to the Duffin’s Creek Valley lands, is being developed by Ansar Medical Services Inc. The townhouses are aligned along Brock Street and an internal road. The approvals involve rezoning the site and a condominium agreement with common elements.
