Kennedy Commons Municipal Comprehensive Review

GGPA supported a conversion request for a portion of the Kennedy Commons complex (12.5 hectares of land) from the City of Toronto’s Employment Area and permit a comprehensive mixed-use vision for the future of the lands. GPA lead the completion of technical analysis, review, and advisory services related to land development and providing expert assessment and professional planning advisory services for land use conditions, constraints, and opportunities for the subject site.
